Annika is from New Delhi, India. As a student, she has always been inclined towards psychology. Over the past 3 years, she has discovered her passion for working towards increasing mental health awareness in India. She strongly believes that our mental health is as important as our physical health. To combine passion and her academic inclinations she started working on Unorthodox.

Girija Dempo
Girija, born and bred in Goa (India), studies psychology at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. She enjoys exploring the science behind the human brain. Besides being a good listener she also looks for opportunities to explore uncharted territories. In her leisure time, she loves reading, Indian classical dancing, horse riding and (most importantly)binge-watching on Netflix.
Avanti Chopra
Avanti is an avid reader and writer, who enjoys learning about the human psyche, and has a passion for helping people understand and hence normalise mental health issues and their treatment. In her free time, she likes to play golf, sing, write her own music, and attempt to navigate the space-time continuum with her trusty sidekick, Troy the dog (she has yet to succeed).
Namitha Anupama
Namitha is from Bangalore and is currently in the first year of her BSc Hons degree in Psychology.
When she isn’t sluggishly getting through uni work, she likes to look up new things to bake (more often now than ever), write, read (less often now than ever), sing, and rapidly cause her vision to deteriorate by binging a new show every week.
